MY AVATAR SOFTWARE IDEA

I have a idea of a DLC game software that is compatible with nearly any xbox 360/ps3 game
example:god of war/gears of war/GTA, a game/dlc software that allows players more freedom of choice to create their own avatar/in game character that would be downloaded as a create a avatar type of game/software were you would then create your avatar then import it as a DLC into a select game that has or allows DLC features where you can then select a different in game avatar/character,

with all the new dlc and social gaming creativity in player demand i thought of this one day and i thought omg that is freakin AWESOME!! and just to add note long time ago when GTA III came out i thought of something that was ALOT like GTA san andreas and SaintsRow then years later my gamer prayers came basically true and man was i happy and so were HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of other players thanks to many others who finally came together to make those games,
then ALL POINTS BULLETIN came out and man did i see potential if they were to make it consoles it would of been epic ... but we'll see.
